Your email and the password you set with your setup code. A session ends after 60 minutes without activity or 12 hours in all, whichever comes first, and five wrong passwords lock the account for 15 minutes. If you have two-step sign-in on, RAFtimize then asks for the 6-digit code from your authenticator app. Nobody at RAFtimize knows or can see your password; if you have lost it, your Admin issues a new setup code.
RAFtimize records how its screens are used — time on each screen, clicks and the paths between them — to support you and improve the product. It never records what you type or any participant’s information. Privacy notice
Two-step sign-in
Open your authenticator app (Google Authenticator, or the one you chose) and type the 6-digit code shown for RAFtimize.
No phone and no recovery codes? Ask the other Admin, or your organization's Admin contact. They will call you back on the number on file before resetting it.
Set your password ?
Your Admin gave you a 12-character setup code by phone or in person - never by email. It works once and expires 72 hours after it was issued. Choose a password of at least 12 characters that is not your email address. Only you will ever know it.
Type the code showing now in your authenticator app. Ten new codes replace the old ones, which stop working.
Confirm my codes are saved
Open the place you keep your recovery codes (your password manager) and type one of them. It is not used up; this only tells RAFtimize you can find them.
Step 1 of 5
Protect your account with two-step sign-in
After your password, RAFtimize will ask for a 6-digit code that changes every 30 seconds. It takes about three minutes to set up.
Step 2 of 5
Get an authenticator app
Already have Google Authenticator or another authenticator app? Skip this step. Otherwise install one from your phone's own app store:
Any authenticator app works. Only install from the official store.
Step 3 of 5
Scan this with the app
In the app, add an account (often a + button) and scan. You will see an entry named RAFtimize with six digits that change every 30 seconds.
Can't scan? Type this key instead:
The code is drawn on RAFtimize's own server; nothing about it goes to another website. Server time: UTC.
This is the same code as before - if you already scanned it, do not scan again: go to the next step and type the code your app shows for RAFtimize. It stays valid until UTC.
A new code. Delete the RAFtimize entry you added a moment ago from your app, then scan this one.
Step 4 of 5
Type the code the app shows now
If it does not match: the code may have just changed - type the new one. If it keeps failing, check that your phone sets its date and time automatically.
Step 5 of 5
Save your recovery codes
Shown once. If you lose your phone, each code signs you in once. Keep them in your password manager - not in email, OneDrive or a document. RAFtimize keeps only a scrambled copy and cannot show them again.
Typing one back does not use it up.
